i guess i mispelt the statement, my response was to his idea of seeking an Emergency appointment.
ofcourse, just normal rescheduling is absolutely do-able.
i think our friend is trying for Emergency so that wife can get appt in chennai only.

I understand what everybody says, but some people are honest and you have to believe. Can somebody who is knowledgeable on the subject, post a reply please?
well you guys are the kings of jumping ahead of the line using labor substitution...how can any of us be knowledgable on the subject...contact unitednations or ppl like him who "help" the skirters of the law.

your company/employer cheated you. not anybody else... please rethink about it.
You dont need to knock anyones door - I'll proactively go to anyone who used a "Labor Subs" and call them a Cheat because they have cheated someone else's Property and Dream.
Its gone but i'm personally a victim of that - My 1st Labor was traded in the Market for certain US dollars... The legislation was not there - otherwise i did have sufficient Proof and resources to take care of that cheat company.

Folks like Krikorian thrive on donations made by misguided people (in the name of not-for profit and enticing them with tax exemptions). You don't have to be an "Einstein" to figure that out but you have to be at least EB3 category :D
Reminds me of the Simcox guy of the minuteman project who raised millions and fooled a lot of people in the name of border fence which turned out to be a cow fence at best.
And now a little prayer to calm down Soul!

Just like many of us, I am living in this country legally for the last 10 years. After some anxious 5 years wait, I finally got GC last month. IV is definitely the best thing to happen to legal-immigration in US.
Many of us come to this country to escape the rotten bureaucracy in our native places and are completely taken back when we face a similar system in US. The work IV is doing and can do is enormous.
Getting GC is an important milestone in an immigrant's journey. But again remember it is just a milestone and not the destination(CZship). I know you do not want to look beyond GC, but after surviving through the GC processs and paying regular taxes for 10 years I think we deserve a speed pass for CZship and should not sent in another line.
I wish all IV members a fast and safe GC/CZ journey !

It is not just they - but the industries who employ them and depend on them .As much as we may want to call them illegals - they are a part of economy and will continue to be as long as their employers continue to hire them at lower wages to boost their profits.
