Well USCIS withdrew the Q&A they posted on their website for revision.
I hope they don't plan to screw the remaining name-check sufferers again.
They have been approving some of them in the past few days (and neither according to PD or RD, basically no FIFO, just based on officers whims)

May Visa Bulletin is out. EB3 ROW and Philippines seem to have moved by 1 year.
Even bigger news is that "Other Workers" have become Unavailable for the whole world.
It furthers strengthens the theory that good number of 245i's are EW category and not in the regular EB3 category.
This hypothesis is further supported by the fact that all EB3 dates have been sustained above May 1st for a few months now.

Some peoples think that they are the smartest world has ever Produced.
When you go for Fedex/USPS Express they takes your Name, Current Address in a page which has Pointer to the TRACKING NO. 1 copy comes to you , 1 copy goes out with Package and 1 Copy gets saved with FEDEX/USPS.
The 3rd copy above is sufficient to straightout any "Potential Liars" :mad:
People can show someone elses fedex receipt and claim that they too mailed their application. How can USCIS find out which fedex receipt is for what application?

After getting the EAD/AP within three months, I don't think our problem is solved already. We will be at certain point in time be in the same situation as the poster above.
Who told you that you will get EAD/AP in three months. Nothing will prevent USCIS to develop backlogs in EAD/AP too now. "Oh there were so many filed in June/July so that we can't process them that fast anymore...":cool:

Even if you paid cash, probably should have withdrawn from bank. And you should be having that bank withdrawl slip or you can go online to get a copy of your bank statement, which shows that you have withdrawn that amount - this is just a proof.
Now call your employer to refund all your money with interest and the loss that you incured for working all these years and the opportunity that you have lost for not filing I 485, else you would file a case agains him with police and FBI for taking cash as this would not provide any proof for filing labor and not filing I 485.

I believe Mbhai did a dis-service by negating good advice. What is the guarantee that the 2nd women that this guy marries will not ask for divorce? The best thing he can do is find a way to reconcile, unless there is marital infidility.
I believe "snathan" story was inspiring and addressed the true problem of that individual and every indivudual's life. Trust me, when you all get your GC's ...it will be these things that will matter to all of you, rather than anything else.

I guess this is 1st step in right direction. People with MS and PhD from US universities should be given preferential treatment.

I think all depends on how many ROW cases are in the 47000. Especially older PDs, newer PDs most likely will be still in the I-140 queue or I-485 queue to be proceesed.
I presume that ROW would be significantly impacted by this as India & China would not benefit a lot from it now because of PDs being badly retrogressed. I'm afraid that this has the potential of exhausting EB3-ROW row numbers for the rest of the year. Am I wrong to assume this?
