There is a question on part 7 of AP efiling. I guess, same question is also there in paper form as well. Could somebody please explain as to what to do about this. Here is the question:-

Seems like most of you guys have grudge against Andhrites (GULTIs that you call us with love). Agreed that most ppl who come to this univeristy are from AP. There are about 900 students in this university, but there are thousands of students from AP that are studying in other reputed university. I'm one of them.
I'm not sympathetic towards the ppl who are facing deportation. But i strongly condemn the way they are treated. Tying the tracking devices to their legs and treating them like terrorists is totally inhuman and insane

NKR, not sure if you heard about this one proverb... "jabh kismath GA***U hai tow kya karey ga PANDU"....we unfortunately get trapped with such type of employers who trouble their employees and learn lessons in hard way and looks like you haven't encountered any such experiences with your employer, if that's the case you are lucky enough & I wish you would NEVER fall into such employers hand who trouble for so many other different reasons....or not sure you should have one small experience and see how you feel just for the heck of it....

It is so easy
Take a good picture in good lighting with regular digital camera
Crop the picture to square size as needed
Open it in photoshop -- make picture package - select 2x2 of 20 pics -- and save it.
Again crop it with the ratio or 4x6 selecting six pictures.
Now u have a picture which is 4x6 in size with total of six 2x2 pp size pics in it.
go to walmart - at kiosk print it... for 24 cents per copy
6 cents per picture
and again pics are of your liking ..
in between you can edit to remove shadows easily
enjoy

If Republicans control the House, they will be too bitter because they can't repeal the Health Care Reform, and will not let CIR pass in 2011. Best hope is 2012 now. Obama could have easily passed CIR in past 2 years, instead he focused all his efforts on health care..

yesetrday on CNN, AC 360, there were two latino ladies (US Citizens) and they kept saying that this bill is illegal and should be vetoed.
All latinos want other latinos to come to USA and have the numbers/political influence to get them GC's via amnesty before legal immigrants.
None of those ladies said they did not support illegal immigration, they just kept ranting about racial profiling.

My PD is Aug 2005. My employer by mistake sent the 485 application on June 27 and USCIS received on June 28. Today Aug 21, I received the rejected 485 full package back. Employer is following up whether it can sent back. Anybody has any idea of any luck in this case, or has to wait till dates are current again?:mad:

One advise for you...just ignore which is not useful to you...
it probably means.. they are opening each and every mail they have recived and checking if the docs are in order or not..if they are.. they file it...else they send an RFE...
i dont understand..how someone can be so f@#$% dumb as not know this simple procdure..
there are so many posts..i got a LUD what not.... its annoying...
its like.. USCIS touched my lu(n)d..will i get a GC now..

Is there any update on three bills in house. I have checked the hearing schedule for all committees and there seems to be no hearing scheduled for any of the bills. House in session till September 7 and after that District work period and convention shows, which leaves us with just 4 weeks from now and after that It reconvens from September 9 with target adjournment date of 26th september and i m pretty sure no congressional rep will like to cast vote on any bills before going into election....
Prospects seems bleak now... Is there anything we can do...any last attempt that is required? If so...Let us all know...

Still waiting for FP ,called USCIS Customer service on Nov 06th,2007,rep advised to call after 30 days to file SR.
She mentioned delay is because my application was sent to Nebraska as it should have been,Nebraska transferrd to California ,California did my ecept and EAD and sent back to Nebraska for further action....don't know when.
I know people filing later than me and PD in 2006-2007 got their FP notices and FP done...

Reading the bulletin thread and prediction thread is good enough to prepare for GMAT problem solving area. I love these analysis and conclusions.
I only submitted my opinion based on facts (quarterly release of visa nos. by DOS is well known fact)......... :-))
